So yesterday I didn't blog...because I didn't do anything. The winter blues have taken root and going to be a tough sell over next few days but I will persevere.
To recap Day 9- Nothing, though I was under 1500 calories for the day.
Day 10 was upper body Bow Flex workout and 45 minutes on the bike... Had breakfast today, which was about 350 calories.
-Also big ups to Double LL for calling me out on the Facebook.
-Collin Cowherd can be a tool and a USC homer, but his show is honest.
-Tired and looking forward to the weekend.
